Our team is growing and we are hiring an experienced nonprofit professional (which we call a Principal) to support our portfolio of high-performing nonprofits working to build paths out of poverty.
Principal (JD) – A successful nonprofit leader, this person has been through the fire. Strong management chops. A passion (and the patience) for coaching emerging social sector leaders. A talent for cultivating trusting partnerships. Looking for their next act, not an intermission.

For context, we are particularly focused on recruiting candidates from multicultural backgrounds, ideally within commuting distance to NYC. Start time is flexible (4Q22-1Q23) though applications will be processed on a rolling basis. For now we are holding off on speaking directly with potential applicants.
