The Fountain Fund provides low-interest loans and financial coaching to formerly incarcerated people, helping them build credit and achieve their self-determined goals.

Headquartered in Charlottesville, The Fountain Fund lends hope and opportunity. They provide low-interest lending, financial coaching, and access to reentry services to formerly incarcerated individuals. They believe that each individual is the best person to define what success looks like for them, and they help remove financial barriers people face in achieving their self-determined goals.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the Fountain Fund management team on a number of key deliverables, including: 

  • Theory of change — codifying the intervention and target outcomes.
