Power of Two
2015-2019
Power of Two coaches parents to provide their babies with the best care possible, laying the foundation for success in school and life.
Through delivery of an evidence-based home-visiting program, Power of Two strengthens responsive parenting, giving infants powerful protection from the effects of chronic stressors often associated with underserved communities. Extensive academic research shows that responsive parenting sets children up for improved academic, social, and health outcomes.
Arbor Rising partnered with the Power of Two management team on a number of key deliverables, including:
Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, type of intervention, and target outcomes
Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes
Communication Materials — to convey Power of Two’s unique value proposition to prospective funding partners
Performance Management System — establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff
