OneGoal

OneGoal targets under-performing high school students and empowers them to reach their full potential and graduate from college.

OneGoal recruits high-performing teachers – those already working in high schools in low-income communities – and provides them with the training and support to implement a three-year college success model with a cohort of students, known as Fellows, beginning in junior year of high school and continuing through the first day of sophomore year of college.

Arbor Rising partnered with the local and national OneGoal management team on a number of key deliverables, including: 

  • Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes

  • Data Analysis — statistical evaluation of historical outcomes to refine programming and inform marketing efforts

  • Tools and Standards — for recruiting, managing, and engaging the organization’s board of directors
