Future Leaders Incubator

Future Leaders Incubator’s Educator Project Fellowship prepares and supports the next generation of visionary educators from underrepresented backgrounds to embark on career and leadership trajectories within K-12 urban schools.

FLI strengthens communities by incubating transformative initiatives that promote diversity and equity for a more inclusive future.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the Future Leaders Incubator management team on a number of deliverables, including:

  • Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes

  • Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes
