More importantly, though, COOP connects underrepresented college grads to each other, within tight-knit cohorts and across "generations" of cohorts.
     
  • Arbor Rising is partnering with the COOP Careers management team on a number of key deliverables, including:

    • Performance Management System – establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff
    • Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes
    • Growth Strategy — articulating the approach and staffing structures required for multi-site expansion
