Delivering a cutting-edge digital curriculum via a survivor-centered pedagogy, AnnieCannons helps foster the economic independence necessary to break the cycle of re-exploitation.

AnnieCannons trains and places individuals who have experienced human trafficking into sustainable careers in technology.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the AnnieCannons management team on a number of deliverables, including:

  • Theory of change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes.

  • Data and dashboard development — developing, organizing and tracking key metrics to tightly define and express organizational success.

  • Performance management — establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff members.
