All Our Kin trains, supports, and sustains family child care providers, giving children and families the foundation to succeed in school and in life.

Through AOK’s programs, child care professionals succeed as business owners; working parents find stable, high-quality childcare; and our youngest and most vulnerable children receive high-quality early care and education.

All Our Kin was a member of the original Arbor Rising portfolio and in 2017 returned as our first Follow-on Grantee. Key deliverables included:

  • Financial Model – to better manage fundraising, budgeting and outcome tracking

  • Expansion Site Scorecard – for evaluating growth opportunities

  • Performance Management System – which established roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff

  • National Board – launching, managing and establishing high standards for a new national fiduciary board
